- Ms. Ebenfeld joined the law firm of Hicks, Anderson & Blum as an associate in 1994 and worked her way up to name partner of the firm, which became known as Hicks, Porter, Ebenfeld & Stein, P.A.;
- Through February of 2025, Ms. Ebenfeld co-chaired the litigation division of Hicks, Porter, Ebenfeld & Stein and practiced insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and appeals;
- In addition to her litigation and mediation experience, Ms. Ebenfeld is a sought after speaker on insurance coverage and claims handling issues;
- Ms. Ebenfeld also does pro bono work for victims of natural disasters and mentors law students and young lawyers on legal writing and appellate advocacy;
